WARRANTY & RETURNS
Interstate customers will need to send their faulty equipment to us in store for replacement. Canberra residents can simply visit our shopfront.
No warranty is given to clearomisers and tanks due to the nature of these items. Dead on Arrival (DOA) is offered however and claims need to be made within 2 weeks of receipt of purchase.
If you are having problems with your items then please email us a full explanation of the issue including pictures or call us on 02 6242 5023 during business hours as most issues can be dealt with without having to replace the item.
