WARRANTY & RETURNS
Warranty is given to all batteries and mods. This is a full replacement guarantee for faulty equipment within ACCC timeframe guidelines and is a 3 month warranty from date of purchase. Our staff will assess the item for a genuine warranty claim.
PLEASE NOTE: For all vaping kits and tanks we require the original box the device came in to be returned with the device itself for warranty. We can't process a warranty without the original box. Do not throw it away.
We do not offer warranty/returns on user error, mistreatment or change of mind.
Interstate customers will need to send their faulty equipment to us in store for replacement. Canberra and Brisbane residents can simply visit our shopfronts.
No warranty is given to coils and tanks due to the nature of these items. Dead on Arrival (DOA) is offered and claims need to be made within 2 weeks of receipt of purchase.
If you are having problems with your items then please email us a full explanation of the issue including pictures or call us on 02 6242 5023 during business hours as most issues can be dealt with without having to replace the item.
